Blackberry tea 100 grams

Loose-leaf Black Blackberry tea from Crema. Mild and sweet Chinese tea with added dried blueberries, blue cornflower, and aroma. Sold in 100-gram bags.

Black tea: Fermented leaves from the tea bush Camellia Sinensis. Roasted at 95°C after fermentation. Black tea gets its distinctive taste and appearance as a result of a natural fermentation process. After a short drying process that reduces the liquid content, the leaves are rolled in machines to release enzymes. This initiates a fermentation process that brings out the characteristic taste and aroma we associate with black tea. Afterwards, the tea is roasted at approximately 90°C, and the leaves become dry and black in color. Finally, the tea leaves are sorted by size.

Black tea brewing instructions:

Dosage 15-18g per liter, temperature 95-100°C for 4-5 min.
