What does shipping cost?
We have a fixed shipping rate of NOK 99 with Postnord. For many furniture items, we have a fixed shipping rate of NOK 800 with Postnord home delivery. You will always see the shipping price in the checkout once you have entered your information.

What about shipping for larger items?
Add the item to your cart, select the "Pick up in store" option, and pay as usual. We will contact you with a shipping price, and if you do not wish to order the item, we will refund you. Contact us by email at kundeservice@karjolen.com for shipping prices on larger items and furniture. Shipping for furniture depends on size, weight, and distance.

What does it cost to return?
As a customer, you must cover the cost of return shipping yourself.

How do I return?

Simply register your return in your customer account using the link below or include the packing slip that came with your package.

How do I know my order is confirmed?
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is approved.

Can you change my order?
If we have not yet processed your order, we can change, add, or remove items from your order.

Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 1-5 business days from when the package is shipped from us. During periods of high demand, delivery time may be somewhat longer. If you have not received your package within 14 days, please contact us. If your package is not collected within the deadline and is returned to us, you will be charged a fee of NOK 250 for uncollected packages. For orders to be picked up in-store, items not collected within 14 days will be canceled.

Where can I find the tracking number for my package?
We send all packages with tracking to a pickup point or parcel locker. When we ship your order, you will receive an email from our supplier Proteria with the tracking number. You can track the package in the PostNord app and you will receive an SMS when the package is ready for pickup. For pickup at a parcel locker, you must download the PostNord app to collect the package.

Can I pay with a gift card?
If you wish to pay with a gift card, you must enter the gift card code in the field labeled "Gavekort" (Gift Card) to the right in the checkout.

Where can I find my invoice?
If you choose to pay by invoice, you will receive an email from Klarna with the invoice once your order has been shipped from us. We recommend downloading the Klarna app to get a full overview of your invoices, with the option to pause the due date for returns. Contact us or Klarna if you experience any problems.

How long is the return period?
According to the Consumer Purchases Act, you have a full right of withdrawal for 14 days after receiving your order. For in-store pickup, the right of withdrawal begins 5 business days after the order is registered and you have been notified that the package is ready for pickup. The right of withdrawal also applies to items on sale.

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, i.e., in original packaging and unused. There is no return on food, tea, coffee, and other edible products.

Include your order confirmation in the package when returning.

Can I exchange an item or do I need to place a new order?
If you wish to exchange an item, you must place a new order and return the item you wish to exchange. As soon as we receive your return, we will refund you in the same way you paid.

Once we receive your return, it may take up to 14 business days for it to be processed. As soon as the return is processed, we will send you an email confirming that the credit has been issued. Thank you for your patience!
