Lemon tea 100 grams

Black lemon tea from Crema, loose leaf. A wonderfully fresh tea blend of Ceylon and Chinese black tea, with added lemon peel and citrus oil. Sold in 100 gram bags.

Black tea: Fermented leaves from the tea plant Camellia Sinensis. Roasted at 95°C after fermentation. Black tea gets its characteristic taste and appearance as a result of a natural fermentation process. After a short drying period that reduces the liquid content, the leaves are rolled in machines to release enzymes. This initiates a fermentation process that brings out the characteristic taste and aroma we associate with black tea. Afterwards, the tea is roasted at approx. 90°C and the leaves become dry and black in color. Finally, the tea leaves are sorted by size.

Brewing instructions black tea: Dosage 15-18 grams per liter, temperature 95-100°C for 4-5 min.
