Black lemon tea from Crema sold by weight. A wonderfully fresh tea blend of Ceylon and Chinese black tea, infused with lemon peel and citrus oil.

Black tea: Fermented leaves from the tea bush Camelia Sinensis. Roasted at 95°C after fermentation. Black tea gets its characteristic taste and appearance as a result of a natural fermentation process. After brief drying to reduce moisture content, the leaves are rolled in machines, which releases enzymes. This initiates a fermentation process that brings out the characteristic taste and aroma we associate with black tea. Afterward, the tea is roasted at approx. 90°C, and the leaves become dry and black in color. Finally, the tea leaves are sorted by size.

Brewing instructions for black tea: Dosage 15–18 grams per liter, temperature 95–100°C for 4–5 minutes.
