The name arabesque comes from French and means Arabic. It is also a special artistic expression with loop patterns of plants, leaves, and tendrils. All parts are produced in white stoneware clay, fired at very high temperatures, making the ceramics durable. The beautiful glazes are carefully chosen to make food look appetizing.

The craftsmanship in combination with the clay and glaze has a life of its own, giving each individual item a unique look. No two pieces are exactly alike, but the relationship is clear.
