Beautiful mug with a handle from Sthål in Sand, 2.5 dl, from the lovely Arabesque series. The name Arabesque comes from French and means "Arabic". It also refers to a specific artistic expression featuring intricate patterns of plants, leaves, and flowing lines. All pieces are produced from white stoneware clay, fired at a very high temperature, making the ceramics durable. The beautiful glazes are carefully selected to make food look appetizing.
The craftsmanship, in combination with the clay and glaze, has a life of its own, creating a unique appearance. No two pieces are exactly alike, and the result is bohemian ceramics for everyday use or special occasions.
