Returns and exchanges
We hope you are satisfied with your items from Karjolen. If you wish to return items, please include the packing slip and mark the item you wish to return. In accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act, you have a full right of withdrawal for 14 days after receiving your order.
The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as when you received them, i.e., unused, with original packaging and all tags intact. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, and we recommend sending with tracking, as you are responsible for the return until it is received by us.
If you wish to exchange for another item, please place a new order.
Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Return of custom orders
Please note that items specifically ordered for you cannot be returned or exchanged. Most of our furniture items are custom orders that we order from the supplier for you. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases of products made to your specifications. This includes, for example, furniture with a specific fabric.
Exchange at physical store
If you wish to exchange an item purchased in the online store at our physical store, please bring your order confirmation. This applies as long as you are within the cancellation period and the item is in the same condition as when received.
Complaints
If you discover defects or deficiencies in the item, please send an e-mail to kundeservice@karjolen.com. In accordance with the Norwegian Sale of Goods Act, you must notify us of the defect within a reasonable time. Please send us a brief description of the problem and pictures showing the defect.
