Package with tracking to parcel locker or collection point with PostNord

We send your order to a collection point or parcel locker with PostNord at a fixed price of NOK 99. We also send packages with Posten (Norway Post). You can easily choose the most convenient shipping alternative for you at checkout. For larger items such as furniture, mirrors, and lamps, etc., an additional shipping fee will apply. Contact our customer service for help with calculating shipping costs.

The package is sent with tracking to a collection point, and you will receive an SMS when the package is ready for collection. For collection at a Postnord parcel locker, you must download their app to retrieve the package. It is your responsibility as a customer to provide the correct phone number when ordering. Remember to collect the package within the collection deadline. If the package is not collected within the deadline and is returned to us, you will be charged a fee of NOK 250 for an uncollected package.

Normal delivery time is 1-5 business days after the package has been shipped from us. During periods of high demand, the delivery time may be somewhat longer.

Collect in store

You can collect your order for free at our store at Alti Buskerud in Krokstadelva. When your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email with collection confirmation. Please note that you cannot collect the package until you have received confirmation from us. Please note that only the person who ordered the item can collect it, and identification must be presented upon collection.
