Mango tea 100 grams

Loose leaf Black Mango Tea from Crema. A mild and well-rounded blend of Chinese and Indian tea with added mango, sunflower, marigolds, and flavouring. Sold in 100-gram bags.

Black tea: Fermented leaves from the tea plant Camellia Sinensis. Roasted at 95°C after fermentation. Black tea gets its characteristic taste and appearance as a result of a natural fermentation process. After a brief drying that reduces the liquid content, the leaves are rolled in machines to release enzymes. This initiates a fermentation process that brings out the characteristic taste and aroma we associate with black tea. Afterwards, the tea is roasted at approximately 90°C, and the leaves become dry and black in colour. Finally, the tea leaves are sorted by size.

Brewing instructions for black tea:

Dosage 15-18 grams per litre, temperature 95-100°C for 4-5 min.
