Green tea: Unfermented leaves from the Camelia Sinensis tea bush that are steamed and dried. After picking, the tea leaves are steamed to prevent the tea from fermenting. This preserves the original green color, and then the tea is rolled, dried, and sorted.

Brewing instructions green tea: Dosage 10-12 grams per liter, temperature 75-80°C for 1-3 min.
