Delicious warming loose leaf black spiced tea from Crema. This tea has wonderful flavours of cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, orange peel and aroma. This tea is perfect for cozy evenings by the fireplace or in a thermos in your backpack. Sold in 100 gram bags.

Black tea: Fermented leaves from the Camellia Sinensis tea bush. Roasted at 95°C after fermentation. Black tea gets its characteristic taste and appearance as a result of a natural fermentation process. After a short drying process that reduces the liquid content, the leaves are rolled in machines so that enzymes are released. This initiates a fermentation process that brings out the characteristic taste and aroma we associate with black tea. Afterwards, the tea is roasted at approximately 90°C and the leaves become dry and black in colour. Finally, the tea leaves are sorted by size.

Brewing instructions for black tea:

Dosage 15-18 grams per litre, temperature 95-100°C for 4-5 min.
