Malabar Monsooned coffee from Crema in a 250-gram bag is a sweet, whole-bean coffee. The Malabar coffee from Crema has a flavor of spices and earthy notes with a hint of pipe tobacco and is almost completely without acidity.

Legend has it that during the voyage across the ocean, the coffee was exposed to so much rain and sea air that it completely changed character upon arrival. Today, it is produced under controlled conditions on the Indian Malabar Coast.
After harvesting and drying, the coffee is placed in large open warehouses along the Malabar Coast in southern India. When the monsoon rains arrive, the coffee is exposed to rain and sea air before being dried by the sun, with the beans being constantly turned during the drying process. This process is repeated several times before it is packed.
