Green tea: Unfermented leaves from the tea bush Camellia Sinensis, steamed and dried. After picking, the tea leaves are steamed to prevent fermentation. This retains the original green color, and then the tea is rolled, dried, and sorted.
Brewing instructions for green tea: Dosage 10–12 grams per liter, temperature 75–80°C for 1–3 minutes.
