Each product in the Caspari lacquer collection is handcrafted in Vietnam using traditional techniques that have been used for centuries to create unique, beautiful, and durable objects.

From harvesting the tree sap that becomes lacquer resin to sanding and cutting the wooden bases, every step of the process is performed by human hands. Lacquer artisans apply Caspari artwork to the wood, add gold leaf and hand-painted details, before patiently applying a series of high-gloss lacquer coats to finish and seal the piece. The care and attention to every detail result in a lacquer collection of incredible beauty.
